Underwriting Checklist
This is a generic underwriting checklist which includes the most common documents and information needed to complete a commercial real estate loan application. This form is customized for each new loan application.

Buyer's Preliminary Financing Worksheet
This form is designed to assist mortgage applicants in planning for the loan application process. It addresses key topics that are commonly included in the underwriting process (net worth and liquid assets before and after close of escrow, prior real estate experience, property management plan, other income, other real estate owned, etc.)

1003 and Standard Loan Application / Personal Financial Statement
Some multi-family lenders require a 1003 loan application. Other lenders will accept a standard personal financial statement.

Real Estate Schedule
This form provides critical data to the new lender about the loan applicant's other investment real estate.
